BEFORE START

I need a detailed information about the order:

• Description itself
• Artwork size (possible units - cm, mm, inch, px);
• General purpose of the work, its usage (including personal and/or commercial use, will it be printed or will it be published on the internet only;
• Possible deadlines -- I need to know the date by which the work needs to be done. Urgent works price is higher than ordinaries.
• I’ll also need references of your wishes. It could be photos, sketches, color palettes or any other references.
• I reserve the right to decline the order before the prepayment is made without explanation.

YES

• SFW, some NSFW (blood, bruises, bones, gashes - can be discussed);
• Pixel art, high res;
• Illustrations, portraits, still-life, landscapes, character lists, game art(tabletop games, gamebooks, video games);
• Humanoids, animals, furry, monsters, robotic parts, architecture fragments, nature environment;
• Fantasy, horror, adventure, fight scenes, romantic, drama scenes.

NO

• Porn, politics, illegal content.
• Mecha or complex architecture environment (At the moment, I need more practice on this),
• Fetishes, savoring extreme violence and live dismemberment or strong harm of cute/kind characters (unless it's justified by story/script).

I don’t draw for projects related to NFT, AI, gambling, politics, porn.

REVERSES AND CORRECTIONS

Most of reverses (with more than half or full composition or character redraw) in the middle of the process are possible. But it'll take negative effect on work/delivery time and could greatly increase the cost of the order.

It is important to confirm most of the details on the sketch phase. In case of any questions or issues with your order, I'll contact you regarding them.

Situations like this are possible with any order and on any stage of workflow. Especially if there are problems with communication or understanding from one or both sides. So it's very important to find the best way to communicate, otherwise, I can not guarantee accuracy, quality or fulfillment of order in the agreed time.

Small changes like color corrections or redrawing small details (less than 30% of artwork in total) will take less time and have less influence on the cost and delivery time.

ARTWORK LICENSE

Can be discussed individually.

By default, Creative Commons Attribution license is used. While our agreement is valid, I won't take any commercial benefits from this license. I reserve the right to publish artworks as part of my portfolio.

REFUND

• After the work and all necessary payments are done, and you are satisfied with the result I’ll send you a .zip archive with your order.

• I don't do a refund after the final .zip file is sent to the customer.

• If customer shows offensive/bullying behavior and/or breaks these rules, our agreement is terminated.

  • The artwork may be published in high resolution under a free license. The customer loses all rights to use the artwork exclusively. And they will be blacklisted.

• If the customer decides to cancel the order during the process, they may have the artwork as is (if the work is paid for) or a basic sketch (equivalent in cost to prepayment amount).

• If I am unable to fulfill the order we can agree on one of the variants above or a full refund (in this case you get no rights for the work).
